Lot 8, Greenlink

SPG Cladding delivered the full 950m² façade package for Lot 8 at Greenlink Industrial Estate in Cranbourne West, working with Qanstruct on the development for ESR Group. Our scope included the supply, in-house fabrication, delivery and installation of cladding across the main façades and two rear dock offices. The project features 3mm MondoClad in Charcoal to the fascias and window soffits, 4mm Ultra Core IQ in Arctic White to the entrance canopy and soffits, and 3mm MondoClad in Blackbutt timber-look finish to the ground-level feature walls and entrance. Together, these finishes create a clean, contemporary façade with contrasting textures and architectural detailing.
